Valens Partners was founded in 2023 by Pierre Hudry, after leading Goldman Sachs through a decade of unprecedented growth in France over the 2012-2022 period. Pierre advised on over 200 M&A, financing and risk management transactions during his career in the financial services industry. As an Ingénieur des Mines, he started to work in the French public sector after graduating from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST Paris.
